Happiness
Happiness is to enjoy what you have now. People who always complain about what they do not have are not easy to be pleased. They forget to cherish what is in front of their eyes, what is in their pockets, and what is shared with their beloveds. Be appreciated. You have good health. You are not hungry all the time. You have a bed. You have a job. You have choices of various food and books. You have family and friends. You are educated. You breathe. You smile. List what you have, and you will feel rich and happy. I am not saying that you should stop having goals. The process of reaching a goal is rewarding and can give you a feeling of happiness too. I am saying that you should be thankful and proud of what you have now, and you should always have hope to accomplish more for yourself.
